Motel Tipton is a 13-room boutique motel that is family owned and lovingly operated in Tipton, Iowa. The motel has been completely renovated and refreshed to current industry standards. Rooms are; 1 Single Queen, 8 Double Queen with one being a pet friendly room, 3 King and 1 ADA King rooms. The deluxe rooms are clean, clean, clean… with décor that pays tribute to American patriotism plus the local Iowa retro style.

“Words cannot express how wonderful this little motel in Tipton, IA is. Everything was sparkling clean and attractive. It was below zero outside but thanks to their boiler (silent) heat, it was very comfortable! We were there on business but had to extend our stay which they did with no fuss. Is there a word better than “perfect ?”
