- When booking a Group Booking, a 50% deposit (including tax) is required upon reservation and the remaining balance (including tax) is due 30 days prior to check-in
- Taxes are 5% Hotel Tax and will be added to your bill
- All guests are required to show photo ID and credit card upon check in
- We accept cash, debit and major credit cards. However, we must have a credit card on file to secure the room and for any incidentals
- The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Please turn in the key at the Office or in the Key Drop Box upon your departure. There will be a $20/key charge for lost/missing keys
- Please note that the only restroom facilities on the property are in the individual guest rooms
Maximum Occupancy:
- 2 Guests of any age in the Deluxe Single Queen Room(s)
- 4 Guests of any age in the Deluxe Double Queen Room(s)
- 2 Guests of any age in our Deluxe King Room(s)
- The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old
- Occupancy for families traveling with children can be accommodated. Available upon request, we have quality single air mattresses that includes bedding, pillow and extra towels. They are on a “first come, first served” basis. The fee is $25 per night per mattress. Please book in advance so we can prepare the room for your arrival
Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings:
- If you need to cancel, please contact us by email at info@moteltipton.com at least 30 days prior to your reservation. Your deposit including tax will be refunded to you less a $100 Admin Fee. Thank you for understanding!
- If you must cancel within 30 days of your arrival, we will try to rebook the room, but if we are unable to do so, we will need to charge you for the entire reservation but will also issue you a Gift Certificate for a future stay in the amount, (less a $250 Admin Fee). Thank you for understanding!
Please understand we are a small, 13-room boutique motel and cannot afford last minute cancellations.
